Our team is fully operational and available for support at Alert Level 4.
Our normal working hours apply: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), however from today until further notice, our team will be working remotely from home.
Please use our normal methods of contact if you wish to get in touch with us:
As the majority of our services are cloud-based, we expect you should be able to operate normally from the comfort of your own home.
A reminder we have a living document regarding operations at Alert Level 3 (if we’re required to move to this Alert Level) which can be found here.
Our free Digital Signing service will be particularly useful under a Level 3 situation. If you’re not familiar with this service already you can find more info here.
We’re still assessing lending applications per normal with our usual policies and assessments in place. Our 0800 number (0800 776 732) will be diverted to mobiles, however we recommend using email or chat to communicate with our lending team where possible.
Our normal working hours apply: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday and Sunday (10am to 6pm).
As vehicles can't be collected during this level 4 period, we'll need to wait until a lower alert level to reach the agreement stage in the process. Please hold any approvals until the Term Sheet stage to ensure you are able to advise the correct vehicle delivery date.
If an application requires an immobiliser install, as a lending condition, our installation partners are unable to complete installs under Level 4. Current pending installation requests will resume once Level 4 is lifted for that area. We will keep you updated as the Alert levels change and how we can ensure safe installations for our installation partners and yourselves.
Should you have any other questions or require any support, please feel free to contact your Motorcentral Client Solution Consultant.
Otherwise, we’re here to support your business during this time. Please stay safe, take care of your families and your staff and let’s hope for a short and sharp response to this outbreak!
